1. How long have you been dancing?
a. I've been dancing for thirteen years going on fourteen this fall!
2. What is your favorite style?
a. My favorite style is probably contemporary or modern if I had to pick one, but overall I really enjoy all styles of dance.
3. How long have you been with the company?
a. I've been in the company since the very first season!
4. What school do you go to?
a. Belmont High School (junior)
5. What do you study?
a. Currently I'm studying World History, American Literature, and Biology at the honors level and I also take Pre-Calculus and Spanish with chorus as my elective.
6. What is one word that would describe how you feel when you dance?
a. Comfortable
7. What got you into dancing?
a. My mom meant to sign me up for gymnastics because ice-skating didn't work out to well. But when she went to sign me up for classes, the studio didn't offer gymnastics anymore but dance! As I got older I realized that this is what I really want to do and what I love.
8. How do you feel when you perform?
a. I get really nervous when I perform but I'm so excited to showcase what I've been working on that the nerves don't get to me as much. I would say I feel tingly!

a. I play rugby at school…and I'm the only girl on the team (most of the time I’m the only girl on the field)
10. Do you teach dance?
a. No. Maybe one day?
11. Talk about a dance experience that moved you or that you are proud of. (A performance, a dance event, fundraiser.)
a. To be honest, I don’t have just one experience that has truly moved me, I’ve been so inspired by my fellow company members for the past couple of years and I’ve learned so much dancing with them. They have helped me grow and discover the type of dancer I want to be. There isn’t just one experience, there a multiple and I know there are many, many more to come my way.
12. What do you eat for breakfast?
a. Almost every morning I buy a sesame or plain bagel at Dunkin Doughnuts with a medium ice (or hot, depending on the season) caramel coffee with cream and sugar. If I make my own breakfast on the weekends I’ll make a breakfast sandwich or pancakes; and I always have a side of fruits.
13. Have you traveled outside of the country? If yes, to where? If no, where have you gone in the USA?
a. Yes! I’ve been to Jamaica twice, my first time was to meet my family that doesn’t live here in the US and my second time was when my aunt and uncle had a destination wedding which was awesome. I also went to Spain with my Rugby team last year which was really amazing.
14. What do you do after a long day of rehearsals?
a. I take a shower, eat dinner with mi familia, and I try to finish my homework but end up falling asleep!
15. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
a. I see myself hopefully still dancing or an anesthesiologist nurse.
16. What is your favorite non-dance hobby?
a. My favorite non-dance hobby would probably be rugby, or singing
17. What are your biggest pet peeves and your biggest indulgence?
a. Peoples feet in general are probably my biggest pet peeve, I hate them. My biggest indulgence would be a mani-pedi.
