a. My mother decided that instead of dancing around the house I should take dance classes, so she enrolled me in tap and ballet when I was 5.

6. What is one word that would describe how you feel when you dance?

7. What got you into dancing?
a. My mother decided that instead of dancing around the house I should take dance classes, so she enrolled me in tap and ballet when I was 5.
8. How do you feel when you perform?
a. When I am on stage, I become another person other than myself. I become the character I am trying to portray through my dancing.
9. What’s something people would be surprised to know about you?
a. I am obsessed with chocolate chip cookies.
10. Do you teach dance?
a. Yes, I love teaching!
11. Talk about a dance experience that moved you or that you are proud of. (a performance, a dance event, fundraiser.)
a. I can honestly say my proudest moment thus far as a dancer was my senior performance at Dean College last December. After 4 years of learning, hard work and experiencing personal setbacks, I gave it my all and had the entire audience in my hands. What a feeling!
12. What do you eat for breakfast?
a. Egg, cheese and ham sandwich on an English muffin or cereal with almond milk.
13. Have you traveled outside of the country? If yes, to where? If no, where have you gone in the USA?
a. Yes, to the Bahamas. I hope to travel to Europe in the near future.
14. What do you do after a long day of rehearsals?
a. Eat, shower, turn on Law and Order SVU and nap.
15. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
a. Applying for grad school.
16. What is your favorite non-dance hobby?
a. Writing
17. What are your biggest pet peeves and your biggest indulgence?
a. My biggest pet peeve would have to be people who are always negative regardless of the positive influences in their circle. Life is too short to be unhappy! My biggest indulgence… Chipotle burritos!
